Celebrate the 4th of July with Fireworks at Heritage Landing!
Join the City of Muskegon Parks & Recreation Department at Heritage Landing for an unforgettable 4th of July celebration!
🎶 Live Music: DJ Prim will be spinning live on stage from 8:00 to 10:00 PM
🎆 Fireworks Show: The fireworks display will begin around 10:20 PM
🍔 Food Vendors: Grab a bite to eat and enjoy the festive atmosphere!
Fireworks will be visible from most of Downtown Muskegon, Lakeside, and along Muskegon Lake—so whether you’re at Heritage Landing or watching from a nearby spot, you’re in for a spectacular show.

🎇 Fireworks Use Reminders
Per city ordinance, for 2025, consumer fireworks may only be used during the following dates and times around the Fourth of July:

June 29 – July 5: After 11:00 AM until 11:45 PM
Outside of these dates and times, fireworks use is prohibited.

🎆 Additional Fireworks Show – July 5
A second public fireworks display has been approved by the Muskegon City Commission and the State of Michigan. This show will be launched from the Muskegon Country Club on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at approximately 10:25 PM (Facebook event).
