City of Muskegon Availability of the 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report

The City of Muskegon is announcing the availability of the 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER details the City’s progress at meeting its strategic goals and objectives as outlined in the City’s 2021 Consolidated Plan by reviewing last fiscal annual action plan year activities for CDBG & HOME programs. Anyone that would like to review the CAPER, can come to the City of Muskegon Clerk’s Office, the Community and Neighborhood Services Office (both located at 933 Terrace) the Hackley Public Library Reference Desk (316 W. This Notice is hereby informing the public of the availability of the CAPER from September 28 – October 14, 2024.
The City of Muskegon will submit the CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development when completed.
