Housing Code Board of Appeals

a. To grant variances in cases where the general requirements of the ordinance creates a hardship on individual owners and to provide for final interpretation of the provisions of this code.

b. To determine the sustainability of alternative materials and methods of construction, and to provide for reasonable interpretations of the Uniform Building Code.
