Local Development Finance Authority

The Local Development Finance Authority’s goal is to encourage local development and promote economic growth by creating and implementing development plans, acquiring and disposing of interests in real and personal property, issuing bonds when needed, and occasionally using tax increment financing to achieve these goals.
