Introducing SeeClickFix Muskegon

The City of Muskegon is excited to introduce SeeClickFix Muskegon, a new community engagement tool that allows residents to report non-emergency issues quickly and easily. Whether you’re using the mobile app or accessing the platform from your desktop, SeeClickFix helps you connect with city staff to improve our neighborhoods and public spaces.

How It Works

With SeeClickFix, you can report a variety of issues by providing details, uploading photos, and tracking the status of your request from submission to resolution. This platform enhances communication between residents and city staff, ensuring efficient responses to community concerns.

What Can You Report?

Use SeeClickFix Muskegon to report non-emergency issues such as:

  • Potholes
  • Alley or gravel road maintenance
  • Park maintenance issues
  • Damaged benches, trash cans, or public amenities
  • Blocked storm drains
  • Missed trash, yard waste, or recycling pickup

How to Submit a Request

  1. Download the SeeClickFix app
  2. Submit a request
    • Enter the location of the issue.
    • Select a category that best describes the problem.
    • Add a description and upload a photo (if available).
    • Choose to submit as yourself, anonymously, or as a guest.
    • Track your request’s progress and receive updates!

    📢 Reminder: SeeClickFix is NOT monitored 24/7. For urgent public safety issues (e.g., downed power lines, active water main breaks, or hazardous conditions), please call 911.

Can I talk to someone directly on the phone instead?

Residents and visitors are always welcome to call the city, but we also want you to know that SeeClickFix makes it easy to report and track requests across the city. If you’re looking to still talk to a person directly please see the information below:
