Muskegon Social District Agreement 2025

An agreement between a permitted, licensed liquor establishment in the Downtown Muskegon or Lakeside Social District and the City of Muskegon. The City of Muskegon Commission in August 2020, under Public Act 124 of 2020, established a social district with common areas in Downtown Muskegon. The city’s Downtown Muskegon Social District plan was accepted by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission in September 2020. The City of Muskegon Commission on August 25, 2020, under Public Act 124 of 2020, established a social district with common areas in the Lakeside Business District. The city’s Lakeside Social District plan was accepted by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission on June 8, 2021.
