Public Safety Pop-Up Parties 2025

The city’s Public Safety team is inviting residents to come together for a series of Pop-Up Parties happening at neighborhood parks throughout the city this summer. These free outdoor gatherings are designed to bring families, neighbors, and public safety teams together for an afternoon of fun and connection.

The events will run from 4:00 to 5:30 PM and include music, games, ice cream, and the opportunity to meet Muskegon’s police officers and firefighters in a relaxed and friendly setting. Kids and adults alike are encouraged to come out, play, and get to know the people who serve their neighborhoods.

Here’s the full schedule of locations and dates:

  • May 14 – St. Joseph Park

  • June 11 – McGraft Park

  • June 18 – Joe Clifford Park

  • June 25 – Smith-Ryerson Park

  • July 9 – Campbell Field

  • July 23 – McCrea Playfield

  • August 13 – Beachwood Park

  • August 27 – Beukema Playfield

The Pop-Up Parties are hosted by The City of Muskegon’s Division of Public Safety and are part of ongoing efforts to build strong community relationships in a positive and welcoming environment.
